Official Rules: 2026 Nayax VPOS Touch Giveaway

These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the 2026 Nayax VPOS Touch Giveaway (“Giveaway”) hosted by Scallix Inc. (“Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is organized and administered solely by:
Scallix Inc. (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Nayax, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, or any other third-party platform.
All inquiries must be directed to the Sponsor only.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Eligible Regions
The Giveaway is open only to:
- Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), and
- Legal residents of the United States, excluding any jurisdictions with prohibitions or restrictive sweepstakes regulations.
2.2 Age Requirement
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.3 Not Eligible
The following are not eligible to enter:
- Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor,
- Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of any such employee,
- Residents of Quebec,
- Residents of any U.S. jurisdictions where giveaways of this nature are restricted, prohibited, or require registration or bonding.
2.4 Void Where Prohibited
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins December 11, 2025 at 12:00 AM and ends January 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.
Sponsor’s system time is the official timekeeping standard.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter using Option A or Option B.
Option A — Standard Entry (Social + Email)
Participants must complete all of the following to receive one (1) standard entry:
- Follow or subscribe to Scallix.ai on at least one eligible social media platform.
- Like three (3) recent Scallix.ai posts.
- Repost/share the Giveaway post to their social media story.
- Sign up for the Scallix newsletter at www.scallix.ai through the Giveaway banner.
Option B — Alternate Free Entry (Canada & U.S.)
To comply with Canadian requirements, a free mail-in alternative is available.

Include: Full Name + Province/State.
This constitutes one (1) standard entry.
4.1 Notes
- No purchase necessary.
- Internet access is required for Option A.

- 1 standard entry, and
- 1 bonus entry (bonus entry conditions described in promotional materials).
5. Prize
5.1 Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Nayax VPOS Touch Payment Terminal
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $499 CAD / $360 USD
5.2 Prize Conditions
- Prize is provided as-is by the Sponsor.
- No cash value; non-transferable; no substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion.
- Nayax is not affiliated with, responsible for, or involved in this Giveaway.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.
6.2 Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, as required by law.
6.3 Notification:
- Winner will be contacted via the email provided at entry.
- Winner’s username may be publicly announced on Sponsor’s social media channels the same day email notification is sent.
- Winner has 7 days to respond.
Failure to respond, failure to meet eligibility, or failure to answer the skill-testing question (if applicable) results in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
All entries carry equal weight.
The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, invalid, or ineligible entries.
8. Verification
Sponsor may require proof of:
- Age (18+),
- Residency in an eligible region,
- Completion of entry requirements,
- Correct answer to the skill-testing question (Canada only).
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these Rules or tampers with the Giveaway.
9. Prize Delivery
9.1 Shipping
Sponsor will cover standard shipping to the winner’s address within eligible regions of Canada and the U.S.
Expedited delivery, if requested, is the responsibility of the winner.
9.2 Duties, Taxes & Cross-Border Charges
The winner is solely responsible for:
- Customs duties,
- Import taxes,
- Brokerage fees,
- Any other government-imposed charges.
Sponsor will not reimburse or cover such costs.
9.3 Transfer of Risk
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays,
- Customs processing delays,
- Lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages,
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the winner.
Risk of loss transfers to the winner once the prize is shipped.
10. Publicity Release
Where permitted by law, the confirmed winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their:
- Name,
- Business name,
- Comments/testimonials related to the Giveaway,
for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Sponsor will not publish personal information without consent and will not use the winner’s identity for unrelated advertising.
11. Privacy & CASL Compliance
Personal information will be used solely for:
- Administering the Giveaway,
- Verifying eligibility,
- Communicating with the winner.
Participants who enter through Option A consent to receiving marketing communications from Scallix Inc. and may unsubscribe at any time.
Sponsor will not sell or share personal information and will handle all data per its Privacy Policy.
12. Consent to Marketing & Communications
By entering, participants acknowledge that providing an email and/or following the Sponsor’s social channels constitutes consent to receive promotional communications.
To remain eligible, participants must retain required follows/subscriptions for the duration of the Giveaway.
Unsubscribing or unfollowing before the winner is announced may result in disqualification.
13. Limitation of Liability
Participants agree to release the Sponsor and all affiliated platforms from any claims arising from:
- Entry or participation in the Giveaway,
- Use or misuse of the prize,
- Technical errors,
- Incorrect information submitted by entrants,
- Lost, late, or misdirected entries,
- Manufacturing defects related to the prize,
- Any third-party service required to activate or use the prize.
14. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any condition beyond its control,
- Disqualify any participant who violates these Rules or acts inappropriately.
All Sponsor decisions are final.
15. Governing Law
These Rules are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
All participants, including those residing in the United States, agree to submit to this jurisdiction for any matters arising from the Giveaway.
